FAI Schools Futsal

A big WELL DONE to all the boys and girls who competed in the FAI Futsal Tournament this week. The competition was held in Newbridge Sports Centre over two days with the boys competing Thursday and the girls team out in action today. The boys played three matches with some wonderful performances. After coming second in their group they were unfortunate that only the first team went on to the qualifiers. Parents, Guardians and Grandparents are invited to attend a four week foundation course in Irish for adults in Kildare Education Centre. This course will commence on Monday 21st November, it will run for four weeks on Monday and Wednesday nights, from 7.30 - 9.30pm. Last week the PA played host to the Bully4U workshop at the school. Jim and Jenny presented a great and informative workshop. Then following on from this, last Friday Jim and Kevin returned to the school to workshops for our children in classes 1st - 6th. Lions Club Charity Walk this Sunday

This year’s Charity Fun Walk will take place on Sunday October 2nd and we are hoping that families and friends of NETNS will mark this date in their diaries!!
